Frustration with our
Nations leaders
Corrupt
Self serving hacks
Straining
America’s weakening back
Greed and power
The monotonous
Reason
Ravenous politicians feed
During voting season
Taxing everything
We say
Do and think
Driving our great country
To the brink
Of destruction
With dirty deeds
And blatant obstruction
Bankrupting the Fed
Spewing more lies from their
Overinflated heads
Fire the Democrats
And Republicans too
They play us for
Illiterate fools
When did a
Political party
Override
America’s
Honor
Courage and
Pride
Why do we take this all
In stride
I fear that it will be
Too late
If we wait much longer
We will lose
Our beloved
United States
