The Redeemer

He’s the ray of sunshine warming a face
The air that surrounds us in a gentle embrace
He’s the salt in tears cried in the dark
The flicker of a flame, a candles’ spark
He’s the innocence of children
Who haven’t learned hate
The Redeemer of mankind patiently waits
He’s the roaring ocean and the howling winds
The mover of mountains, disdainer of sins
He’s a newborn’s breath at the beginning of life
A dying man’s Savoir from a world full of strife
He knows all we say, think and do
Even if you don’t believe in Him
He believes in you
