For her beloved land
Ripped at the seams
Her borders once protected
Now sadly erased and
Legally disrespected
The laws of her fathers
Fair writ of rights
For her sons and her daughters
Boldly ignored by her leaders
To inject their dreams
And their self serving schemes
Her God whom she
Honors and adores
Shunned and methodically evicted
From her majestic golden shores
I saw Miss Liberty frown
Lighting her torch
Straightening her crown
Disappointment shown on her face
From fools stirring hate
False men of religion
Deliberately antagonizing
Race against race
Her patience was waning
Growing ever so weak
Standing silently still
Watching injustice and
Chaos in her streets
I felt Miss Liberty quake
Rolling up her sleeves
Shaking her fist
Shouting "Enough....
Citizens AWAKE!
Take back your country
For freedom's sake
Sacrifice of your forefathers
Must not be in vain
Stand tall against
Those who despise
America and her patriotic ways
There's no room here
For traitors with
Mesmerizing charms
Whose trickery and lies
Will take away your arms
Remember who you are
The stock you come from
It's not in your blood to
Tuck tail and run
Don't forget your name
You're Americans
Every color creed and faith
This is your land
Never surrender
Don't give her away
Do whatever it takes
To protect her and
Direct your own fate
You're her strong fabric
You're her fields of grain
You're her stars and stripes
Forever
You're the backbone of
The United States!"
